Shaylon we went way out of his way to help me out. He was kind, prompt and was provided excellent communication. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. He was kind, prompt and was provided excellent communication. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future. More
Even with the overall steep pricing of TRD Tacomas at this time we came to an agreement on price without the high pressure sales tactics I’ve experience before. Got a 2022 for the same price or even less this time we came to an agreement on price without the high pressure sales tactics I’ve experience before. Got a 2022 for the same price or even less than I could get a 2017 to 20 as I was originally looking for Thanks Edgars and Arturo for helping me make it happen More
My car has been serviced by Magic and now Swickard since 1999 - and always with Khing Ly. If Khing went to Suburu I’d have to abandon my beloved 4Runner and buy a Suburu! I trust Khing completely- which is 1999 - and always with Khing Ly. If Khing went to Suburu I’d have to abandon my beloved 4Runner and buy a Suburu! I trust Khing completely- which is a gift. More
I would say that my experience with the service center of this dealership is a nightmare. I brought in my Toyota Rav4 for a safety recall 20TA02 and instead of the approximated two and one half hours repair this dealership is a nightmare. I brought in my Toyota Rav4 for a safety recall 20TA02 and instead of the approximated two and one half hours repair time it took them 8 hours, and when I went to get my car, as soon as I left the service center parking ground my fuel gauge lights up “fuel too low” so I drive back in to their service area and asked the advisor what happened to my fuel because I am sure when I get my car in my fuel gauge shows more than ¼ but instead of finding out what happened I immediately got blamed that I brought my car in on low fuel, and of course I argued it, and so the service manager came in to the rescue, and instead of addressing the issue right away he went on to blaming me that I should have read the safety recall letter that says I need to bring in my car with about ¼ of a fuel, but assuming I brought it in with that much of a fuel, I still need to know what happened to it, why it went to ¼ to lower than the lowest line of the gauge and the message that say fuel too low on the dashboard. I feel like they tried to scam me of my fuel because after listening to their blame game for maybe 30 minutes, my car was brought back with gas in the tank and with a lot of excuses. More
What I can say, utterly useless Toyota Dealership Service department ever. Only guarantee I can give you is, they can't even fix little thing and they fail 100% all requests to fix the issues. Never bothered department ever. Only guarantee I can give you is, they can't even fix little thing and they fail 100% all requests to fix the issues. Never bothered to call me when Service is done, didn't bother to call back when I asked what has been done. When I checked invoice, they have warranty items charged Toyota, but they have not fixed a thing in the list. They also put line item for Loaner Recovery when they have not provided any loaner and find my ride to go there to pick up the car. Matt Stroud, the Service Manager sounded reasonable, but when he claims the problem can't be fixed on 3 months old car, I asked him to put in writing. Nope, he tries to escape. Also, buzzing noise coming from Steering column cover, I identified with help of friend and figured out how to stop it, showed then how it is stopping and what needs to fixed. But nope they did not do a squat, it has exact same buzzing as it was given, but still have warranty line item. When I called back, they simply cut off the line. Tried gain, claims he is not at the dealership. I asked them to show what they have attempted on the invoice, but claims they can't and they will tell if Toyota calls them. Can't believe how long these guys are like this, and these kind of dealers are still in business. Hope not too long. I wonder why Toyota is tolerating these kind of dealers. More
