I arrived on time and had to wait 20 minutes in my car waiting to check-in the person checking me was very nice. After they got done with the oil change I paid the bill and instead of bringing my car into waiting to check-in the person checking me was very nice. After they got done with the oil change I paid the bill and instead of bringing my car into the garage they made myself and my wife walk outside in the rain to get my car. Not a nice gesture to make 2 old people go outside in the rain. More
I paid $284 for a tire, one tire. I came in for a patch on a tire and they told me it couldn't be fixed. So they told me $230 for the service and new tire. I came back and the work was done and it was $284. It's not that much more but xxxx almost $300 bucks for one tire. The guys who did the job were nice and did a great job but it took them 3 hrs. They do great work I just hate the price tag. More

John was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He met our needs when purchasing the car and also was flexible when it came to making appointments and phone calls. Since, this dealership has converted to Swickard Corp. It has changed its standard of customer services and care.which has dropped to a low point. Magic Toyota was a fantastic dealership with nice, caring It has changed its standard of customer services and care.which has dropped to a low point. Magic Toyota was a fantastic dealership with nice, caring, and looking out kind of folks. Swickard seems to be more money oriented rather than customer services oriented. I’m disappointed with this new transition from Magic Toyota to Swickard Corp. I wish Magic Toyota would have never sold its dealership to them :( More
Service used to be very good before the pandemic. Now, not so much. It took several minutes before anyone greeted me. Maybe it's labor shortage thing. Twice now that didn't reset the reminder on my Now, not so much. It took several minutes before anyone greeted me. Maybe it's labor shortage thing. Twice now that didn't reset the reminder on my dashboard after it was done. There was no more car wash coupon, siad the ran out. Twice in row. I think they just give them any more. More
