My point is you don't value your customer's time! When the appt was made your team communicated a 90 minute expectation. When arriving that expectation was up to 2 hours. At 2 hours and 20 minutes our auto was brought to the front. No updates were ever given, nor was any effort of anyone doing their best to communicate any updates. Instead of service delivering us the car it sat there while 2 employees 'took a break' (they probably deserved) while we waited for another 15 minutes. I don''t have that much patience, sorry.
