Then they tell you your next for finance officer and keep you waiting for 3 hours with 2 small children. Then you go to your new vehicle and it’s only 1/2 full of gas. We’ve tried to contact General Manager, but of course, he doesn’t answer his phone or have voicemail. We purchased my wife’s 4Runner a month earlier at Marysville Toyota and we were done in under 90 minutes. It was a much better and pleasant experience. We could never recommend Swickard in Edmonds. As a female walking into a male dominated environment, you’re already uncomfortable. As a sales rep you should be able to read peoples body languages when they are uncomfortable with certain questions. More

I came in for a standard oil change service, and had no idea what I was walking into. This particular dealer is having a severe service employee shortage. After waiting 1 hour they asked me to leave and co idea what I was walking into. This particular dealer is having a severe service employee shortage. Despite this issue which is not exactly their fault, the staff who helped me were very professional and always kept me up to date. They offered a free shuttle service to my home and were sincere and apologetic. More
