Surprise $995 fee for dent removal and stickers in case your truck is stolen. They tell you about fee only if you ask 1/2 way through the process. Then they tell you your next for finance officer and keep you waiting for 3 hours with 2 small children. Then you go to your new vehicle and it’s only 1/2 full of gas. We’ve tried to contact General Manager, but of course, he doesn’t answer his phone or have voicemail. We purchased my wife’s 4Runner a month earlier at Marysville Toyota and we were done in under 90 minutes. It was a much better and pleasant experience. We could never recommend Swickard in Edmonds.
