As a female walking into a male dominated environment, you’re already uncomfortable. I came in for a standard oil change service, and had no idea what I was walking into. This particular dealer is having a severe service employee shortage. After waiting 1 hour they asked me to leave and co idea what I was walking into. This particular dealer is having a severe service employee shortage. After waiting 1 hour they asked me to leave and come back later in the week. Came back a few days later and they told me it would take over 2 hours for the standard service. Despite this issue which is not exactly their fault, the staff who helped me were very professional and always kept me up to date. They offered a free shuttle service to my home and were sincere and apologetic. More
