Came in a couple of days ago with an unexpected flat tire. There were a couple new faces when I walked in. I did eventually see Miss Amanda, assuming she’s been promoted, but happy to see her, coming in tire. There were a couple new faces when I walked in. Unfortunately my tire wasn’t in stock but he took my car back and got my spare on and the next day called and got me in for my new tire. An even bigger surprise I got out with only paying $55 bucks, I didn’t realize I had warranty on my tires with the purchase. The young man was very pleasant both encounters. Rude customer service, questions weren’t answered, car wasn’t ready when I was told it would be, was never notified of the delay, cost of service was more than I was told it was going to be due to some “h wasn’t ready when I was told it would be, was never notified of the delay, cost of service was more than I was told it was going to be due to some “hidden” fees that were added on.
