I left several messages on multiple people's voicemails and did not receive a call back for over 24 hrs. My car was ready and just sitting on the lot and I could not get a hold of anyone to get a shuttle b and did not receive a call back for over 24 hrs. My car was ready and just sitting on the lot and I could not get a hold of anyone to get a shuttle back to dealer ship since they had to keep my vehicle over night. I was then stuck without a vehicle for an extra day and a half since I could not get ahold of anyone. I dropped it off wed at 9am. It was done Thur at 8am and did not get it back till Friday at 2pm. Poor communication and when u call and ask for service since your representative isn't calling you back you shouldn't be sent to someone else's voice mail. More
