The Szott experience for a new car sales sets the standard for me. Being a conscientious buyer, our Szott experience has enabled me to heighten my expectations for a new car purchase. The management, sales, and finance department were professional and courteous and demanded that I need to expect more from a purchasing experience. No... The managent HAS NOT reached out to me! NOT ONCE! I'm WELL AWARE of the process... You don't list a car unless it has all the paperwork. I WAS APPROVED for a vehicle that I was headed to pick up, switched my insurance because I was told to, and was on my way to GET the vehicle. I wanted the one I was approved for because I drove it and loved it! It was listed AVAILABLE. I didn't want any of the other vehicles AND one of the ones I was going to consider didn't pass inspection! So I'm not sure I trust anything anymore. I have been the one reaching out.... Nobody has said a thing to me voluntarily.

I have to say that everything you have said is true BUT, when I ordered the Explorer I told My salesperson over and over what I wanted and unfortunately for me I relied on my relationship with Szott and your Sales person ( since this os one of probably a dozen cars I have bought or leased from you). When I was give. The documents that you referred to the salesperson never went over each individual item (and again since I told her over and over the things I wanted, I expected them to be in the. Order). When I picked up the car I didn’t realize the. Explorer did not have navigation because it still had the touch screen. Matter of fact my brother and his wife ordered the exact same car with the same equipment Funny, your salespeople are already ordering them a different Explorer because they know there is NO navigation on that Explorer either Regardless, like I said before If you are buying/leasing a car from this dealership READ ALL DOCUMENTS CAREFULLY DO NOT RELY ON wHAT.
