I’ve been using this dealership for a couple of years. Checked website this morning to assure they still offered express lane oil changes. It said they did. Arrived at dealership after my 30 minutes ride and pulled into the lane marked express. No one appeared. I went to the service write up area and asked for an oil change. She asked if I had an appointment. I said no, I was here for the express lane. She said we only take appointments now, we changed a few weeks ago. I told her the website and signage still advertised express lane. She said she knew it and wished “they” would change it. Nice customer service! I then thought, if they’re too lazy to change the website, what else are they too lazy to do? I won’t be back and I certainly will stop referring friends and family. More

This is the 3rd vehicle Scott Myers has helped us acquire since 2018. This one was just as easy, if not easier, than the first two. Scott and I spoke Tuesday after 2pm.
