T&T Coast Buick GMC

An amazing car buying experience. I am 54 years of age and have 2 cars for myself. One for work and one for pleasure i purchase 2 new cars every 3 years for the past 20 years. I recently got married a few years ago and my wife wanted a new buick car. I went to Lester Glenn first since a few months back I purchased a car for my mother in law but wasn't happy with the service or sales people and the stupid games but o figures od give it a second try. It was a disturbing second experience with an old school salesman who was only interested in making a sale. I asked him about dealer rebates at least 10 times and he kept skirting my questions about the rebates. Guess he thought I was easy prey since I had just purchased a car for my mother in law a few months prior. Unbeknownst to me my wife was also looking for her new Buick and ended up at T&T coast Buick and came home and said the salesman had spent hours showing her cars and never played the stupid sales games and gave her a price. I figured let me go back with you and let's see how this T&T Buick works to earn our business. Well first we made the mistake of bringing our 1 year old daughter since it would be hard to look at cars with her. Well the manager came out with a coloring book and crayons and said he would be more than happy to entertain our daughter. He was a super nice guy buy the name of Pete. Well our salesman decided to even lower the already good price (I had already looked up dealer invoice on edmunds) to a really really good price. The salesman name was Kyle. He spent so much time with me and my wife going over every fine detail for hours. He didn't have to do that since he already made the sale. We bought the car with ease and no high pressure upscale tactics. Finally we were trying to figure out how to get the car home that day since me and my wife drove in desperate cars. Kyle and the manager said no worries. We'll deliver it to your front door step. We got home and within 15 minutes my wife's me car was there. The next day Kyle called my wife to thank her for our business and said he was there to help should we need anything. In all my years of buying cars and I've bought a lot. Probably around 40 over the years. This was the best and I mean the best buying experience I have ever had. Even better than all the Mercedes dealershios and Maserati dealerships that I've purchased cars from. In closing, if your buying a Buick or GMA or even a used car T&T coast is the place to buy. Make sure to ask for Kyle and Pete. If you do you will end up writing a review similar to mine. I've never written a review in my life just for the record. More
