I liked my salesman’s Vern but the finance person (Jamie) was shady. I told her I didn’t not want any warranties, her attitude completely changed towards me, she became short and seemed annoyed with me. She was shady. When I asked questions her answers were more confusing, she couldn’t explain anything that had to do with financing. She also told me my interest rate was 6.29% percent but since I didn’t buy the warranty it was going up to 6.99%. Is this really a thing considering it comes with me 3yr/36000 warranty already. The truth is I wanted the truck, and so far I love the truck, I just don’t understand why the finance people have to be shady! More

I Purchased a used Gmc Denali from these folks! I live around 700 miles away from this Dealership, flew into Rigby Idaho to pick up truck and the first thing I experience when I get into the truck I live around 700 miles away from this Dealership, flew into Rigby Idaho to pick up truck and the first thing I experience when I get into the truck is it Stinks like Cigarette Smoke. I asked the salesman about it and he tells me he has a cigarette butt in his pocket. What a way to make a crappy first impression! On our drive back to the dealership from the airport. I stopped at a trashcan and asked the salesman to please throw it in the garbage so we didn’t have to continue to smell it, and it stink up the inside of the truck. My bad for not looking at the truck closer while I was at the dealership but I took their word that everything was good to go! When I got it home. I found out It was missing the jack and the lug nut key to be able to change a spare tire or a flat tire! Asked the salesman if this was something they could take care of! After asking a second time I was told to come on down to the dealership and they would give these items to me, Unfortunately I live 700 miles away and not real convenient to stop by🤦‍♂️! Not real sure why they can’t just mail the parts to me but just goes to show the level of care they provide after the sale! 👎👎👎 More
