Absolutely worst customer service. Long story short they cleared a noise in the front end that would have caused a roll over. They said they greased it up but it was falling apart. Sales department did a great job but its sad that there service department will never take care of the warranty work they said they would do the last three times it was in there shop. The last time I had i service department will never take care of the warranty work they said they would do the last three times it was in there shop. The last time I had it in for service they promised they would get the warranty work done but when I went to pick my truck up the work was not done and now that the warranty is almost up they said they could not take care of it there. Plus they did services I did not request and charged me for them. I take with the service manager he said he call GM and let me know what to do about the warranty issue and still have not heard from him. I would not recommend the service department to anyone. More
