I Paid high retail for the vehicle I wanted. The vehicle had an extremely strong smoke smell. I was told the seats would be removed and cleaned and entire interior cleaned and deodorized. The Lee was never a vacuum, shampooer or even a squirt of window cleaner used on the vehicle. The sales team made several promises and never fulfilled a single one. The car was presented as offered through the website. That's the only positive of this. After that, there are many inconsistencies. The buyer's order was changed and did not reflect what was agreed upon the deal on the car. This could have had legal consequences if we had decided to pursue a previous consented agreement. It is a rough situation for financial and compliance managers to explain these errors and actions of the salesman and manager. I got to the dealer at 10:30 am with a check and buyer's order in hand to finalize a previous agreement. The people were friendly but rare environments. I left the dealer at 3:00 PM. The car was not delivered until 3 and 1/2 hours after we arrived to pick it up, and I had to revise the new buyer's order with completely different terms, and the car was not charged. I was offered $20 to go and charge it myself, and I had to stress to get to a charging station in which I spent $60 and 1 hour and 15 minutes to charge the car. I didn't get out of Bethlehem until 5:35 pm after arriving to your dealer at 10:30 am. The website is misleading customers with the pricing and the EV tax credit. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I would not have purchased the car if I wouldn't had my son with me and we wouldn't had spent 4 hours getting to the dealer from Virginia and another 3 plus hours waiting for the car to be serviced. We are reserving our rights to rate this experience on social media platforms, and we haven't decided if it would create any benefits to future buyers yet, but we felt this was unacceptable. They seemed to be very confused and drug the process out a very long time. Even after the deal was done, a week later, they needed us to re-sign the paperwork. They barely knew how to do that either.
