Very slow service We arrived on a Saturday afternoon to look at a car we saw online. The sales man wasn't friendly and didn't seem that interested in selling the vehicle. But we decided to buy the vehicle anyways because it was exactly what we wanted and at a good price. All that to say we're happy with the car and deal we got but the customer service lacked. More

Stay Away From Taj Auto Mall and Their Other Locations Stay away from this dealer. Was there yesterday to purchase a 2011 Jeep Liberty. They had it listed on the internet for $7995. The vehicle was as adve Stay away from this dealer. Was there yesterday to purchase a 2011 Jeep Liberty. They had it listed on the internet for $7995. The vehicle was as advertised with minor exceptions. When it came time to close the deal, the price they gave me was $13,500. Emmet and Dan insisted that that was the internet price. They said they would sell it to me for $7995 if I had a copy of the internet listing. I did not. On the internet, the Jeep had disappear from their website and the other two or three listing sites. On my way home, Emmet called and offered me the Jeep for $8995. I didn't except his offer. It's not the kind of place you can trust and want to do business with. The take away is, take a copy the internet price with you and don't offer them cash for the purchase. They want to finance you. That is where they make their money and hid the true sales price of the car. By the way Emmet and Dan, when I got home, I still had you listing for the Jeep up on my computer and each had the Vehicle listed for $7995. I saved them to a pdf for future reference. More

However, there were dangerous mechanical issues with the car less than 30 days from purchase and since then they have lied to me, avoided contact, given me the run around at every step and, in general, been very, very unethical in their business practices. If you intend on buying a car from them I would suggest having a mechanic you trust inspect the vehicle first and expect nothing but trouble from them if something does go wrong. I personally would never do business with them again. More
