Mike was extremely professional, patient and understanding with my credit situation and needs- his sales manager (even though we never formally met) Shawn worked beside him for about two hours to review all avenues to ensure I was happy before sending me off in my extremely sweet and brand new 2014 Chrysler 200 S!! I walked in and met Eddie my salesman who introduced me to Shawn the new car sales Mgr they simply wanted a shot and I agreed. We went over the trades and figure we needed to make the deal happen. I gave them some time and over a day and a half they worked tirelessly to get it done and exceeded my expectations. We are now the proud owners of an amazing 14 Dodge Charger and will recommend this dealership highly and send them our friends and family who are in the market for a new or used vehicle. First off, my experience with this dealership was pleasant at first, and I felt like I was being taken care of. Then I drove almost 3 hours to come look at a truck at their dealership, after being to pleasant at first, and I felt like I was being taken care of. Then I drove almost 3 hours to come look at a truck at their dealership, after being told what the payments should be, and they had no problems putting me in that truck. When I arrived, I stood around for 30 minutes waiting on the lady I had an appointment with. She finally introduced herself, and then left because she was dealing with other customers. Okay, no problem. She then passed me off to her "partner", which knew none of the details I had spoken to the lady about. About an hour later, I finally saw some paperwork and realized the payments were double what I was told over the phone. After that it all went down hill. They were then rude to me after I wouldn't play their games and just sign my name on a line. I then told them to have a nice day and headed home. My overall experience with this dealership was horrible, and I would not recommend buying from there. More

mr. donahue is highly recommended , he explained everything in a professional manner and gave good advice which made me feel very confident in the purchase. brian is a very enthusiastic sales person everything in a professional manner and gave good advice which made me feel very confident in the purchase. brian is a very enthusiastic sales person, no bad feeling toward the other good sales people but he one of the reasons i came back and of course getting the car that i really desired to have. mr donahue even stayed a lil after closing time trying to get me in the charger asap. the next morning i came back and was out of there with the 2013 charger and i left the dealership feeling very confident in the decision i made. it is a good blessing and DCJ is a very good dealership to deal with.
