Typically, we always have a pleasant experience at Tamaroff. We just brought our 2014 CRV in for first round maintenance. Our service guy Matt, did an excellent job of taking care of us, when I pointe Tamaroff. We just brought our 2014 CRV in for first round maintenance. Our service guy Matt, did an excellent job of taking care of us, when I pointed out a problem with the rear windshield wiper. Matt gives the extra touch in customer service, and goes beyond the call of duty. He really has that "it" factor when it comes to handling customers. I really commend Matt for job well done. More
I am concerned, because my car notifies me when service is due, and I have brought it in for service with every notification. For some reason, rear brakes were not visually inspected as part of Multi-Point Inspection as part of Oil Change. The box on the form says "Not Checked this Time". As it turns out, my rear brakes are in v as part of Multi-Point Inspection as part of Oil Change. The box on the form says "Not Checked this Time". As it turns out, my rear brakes are in very poor shape and needed to be replaced immediately last week as they began scraping into Rotors. Secondly, Oil Change Reminder was not Reset so I needed to drive back to your dealer to have this done by the Tech. Last, motor oil was filled over "max" line on dipstick. I mentioned this to Tech as visit, but the car really needs to cool and sit for about 20-30 minuted before all oil returns to the pan. I check it in the morning and it's overfilled by about the thickness of an iPhone. Thanks. More

The only complaint I have is the availability of parts. Every time I've have brought my car to your service, parts had to be ordered and I had to bring the car back for another day. I understand that you may not be able to carry, or want to carry, all parts for all vehicles. Although, being a Honda dealer I would expect that you would have a more expedient way to retrieve Honda parts from a local supplier or warehouse. . More
Drove more than 25 miles to get there. Place was busy and nobody seemed to even say hi to me... Went there because an internet add had a great deal on a new CRV EXL w/ Navigation but it turned out to be BS. nobody seemed to even say hi to me... Went there because an internet add had a great deal on a new CRV EXL w/ Navigation but it turned out to be BS. I don't appreciate being lied to about a deal or a price. At the end they did manage to give me a competitive price but the overall experience was awful. Over the phone was even worse as the 2 or 3 sales people I talked to immediately lost interest when I started asking about out the door price quotes. At the end I bought a brand new CRV from one of their local competitors, how I was treated made all the difference. I will NOT be returning here anytime soon... More
