The reason for the two 'great' ratings were because I learned that Tamaroff only provides courses shuttle within a 10 mile radius of dealership. I live 17 miles away and have no other means of being picked up and coming back to retrieve my vehicle. Had the shuttle service been available I wouldn't have had to spend over 4 hours waiting at the dealership. Since this seems to be the dealership's policy, I may have to rethink servicing my car at Tamaroff since I live within the 10 mile radius of two other dealerships, Page of Bloomfield offers courtesy shuttle within 15 miles for either drop off and/or pickup. The shuttle service could be the dealbreaker as to where I have my car serviced. I bought my car at Tamaroff and have tried to remain true to them for service. The quality of the service in the past has ranked very high - service in not an issue. Chris, you have worked with me on issues with a positive resolve in the past that has been very appreciative. Customer service ranks 'great' - it's just the courtesy shuttle that is an issue. As you can see - to continue using Tamaroff I have to drive further (at least 10 miles each way) and having to stay on site for any kind of service resulting in more of my time. Not sure I want to continue this practice. I appreciate the courtesy shuttle to Star Deli to get lunch while I waited. Thank you. More

I have spent close to ten thousands of dollars if not more at Tamaroff Honda from Bodywork to service since I purchased my Honda from Ferndale. Unfortunately I had a lot of barriers during my last two ex more at Tamaroff Honda from Bodywork to service since I purchased my Honda from Ferndale. Unfortunately I had a lot of barriers during my last two experiences with Tamaroff. I expected to be able to get a ride using the shuttle back-and-forth to work even if it exceeded the 10 mile limit due to my customer loyalty. Previously employees were very helpful and service-oriented with allowing this to occur. It is very disheartening that I get my car serviced regularly and I no longer am allowed to get a ride to work. I was told to find a dealership closer to my job in order to get my car serviced. Tameroff is very convenient because it's close to where I live but now I'm going to have to make other arrangements since I can't be accommodated. I would hope Tamaroff will reconsider this policy however if they can't accommodate me I will have to take my business elsewhere. Another question I'm curious about is why I was charged for two half hours of labor and my car was completed in less than 45 minutes. Honda should really consider providing loaners for cars being served over an extended period of time. Shekenia Mann More

I came in with a grinding sound when I applied the brakes. Matt said they were no longer a Buick dealer but he would do what he could to diagnos the problem and repair it. I also said that I was to meet a very good friend in Frankenmuth the following day but if necessary I would have to postpone. Matt call later and said they didn't want me to miss my trip to Frankenmuth and they could fix the brake problem that day. I certainly appreciate his (their) effort to quickly fix the problem. Chris, you should be very proud of your service people. They do go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Do give Matt an extra pat on the back. My trip to Frankenmuth was great!
