I came in with a grinding sound when I applied the brakes. Matt said they were no longer a Buick dealer but he would do what he could to diagnos the problem and repair it. Matt call later and said they didn't want me to miss my trip to Frankenmuth and they could fix the brake problem that day. I certainly appreciate his (their) effort to quickly fix the problem.
