Thank you for your response. I want to be clear that my concerns are not based on a single interaction, but on a consistent pattern across two separate visits. During my first visit, I arrived for a confirmed appointment to purchase a specific vehicle, only to be told upon arrival that it had just been sold—without any prior notice—despite confirmation earlier that same day. I was then immediately redirected to a more expensive option. After seeing the same vehicle relisted, I returned on April 20, 2026, only after receiving direct confirmation from Tyler that it was available. During this visit, the focus shifted to my prior review rather than improving the customer experience. Additionally, there was a lack of transparency in pricing, as I was not provided with a clear out-the-door figure until I explicitly requested it. Additionally, after my experience, I reviewed other customer feedback and noticed similar concerns being raised regarding communication, vehicle availability, and sales practices. This suggests that what I encountered may not be an isolated incident. While I appreciate the acknowledgment in your response, stating that you “fell short” does not address the underlying issue: the same concerns—communication, transparency, and sales approach—occurred again. At this point, I am not interested in further discussion. I was prepared to purchase a vehicle on both occasions and chose not to proceed based on these experiences. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve your processes going forward.
