Service was thorough and quick. I drove from Prattville to do my service at Tameron because the dealership service center closest to my home had damaged my car on multiple occasions. Oil change and tire rotation was quick and they found one cause of a “rattle” I was having in the area of the back seat. Unfortunately I didn’t drive my truck to confirm the problem was resolved. After getting almost back home the “rattle” was heard again. I had rented a car that day because I didn’t think they would be able to resolve the issue so I had felt like I wasted for $50 on a rental and now needed to go back to the dealer. I went back on Mo day morning and after about three hours they finally cleared up the issue with a loose nut in the headliner that was supposed to be securing the antenna. I hope someone has fed this issue back to the manufacturer because both these rattles were caused from poor assembly processes. More

Very nice facility and staff! The buying process went smoothly! Offered free beverages and gave us a tour of the service department for our future maintenance visits.
