The service I received was truly amazing as one day I was told that the dealership would not help me and then the next day the dealership helped me. My battery died after only 20 something months and it was told that the dealership would not help me and then the next day the dealership helped me. After I was told I would not be helped by the dealership, I was a little upset as when I bought my last vehicle I also bought the extended warranty and was told that I would have all the services that my original new vehicle warranty had. I called Honda care line and with a no charge service, they sent someone to jump off my dead battery. Then after this, the dealership called me and the next day the dealership came and picked up my vehicle replaced my battery and brought my it back, with a no charge service. I really call that as surprising and amazing! I am 70 years old and I have been driving a Honda since 1998 and have bought at least 7 Honda vehicles. More
