Not happy at all! They will tell you one thing and Never follow through. I took my vehicle 2019 Honda Sport Civic on, Fri 7/2/21 and was promised I would have my vehicle on 7/3 her it is 7/6 I still Never follow through. I have been having problem with my TPS & AC unit plus I have a recall on my fuel injection. I have been having issues with this dealership since the day I purchased my vehicle. I went online and scheduled an appointment for 9 o’clock this morning and put on request that I would wait on vehicle. I was there at 8:55am this morning and checked car in with Montana. My husband and I go wait and wait and wait. My husband checked with someone after about 3 hours and was told they were still working on it. After 5 hours Montana calls me and asked me if I had my transmission fluid changed at 30,000 mi and I said no. She said well they will have to do a triple flush and it will be 380.00. My husband is shaking his head no and I tell her we are going to come to her and talk face to face. My husband asked to talk to tech and he kinda stammered and said nothing came up then proceeds to tell me it will be another 1.5 hour to flush transmission fluid. I told them no I have already sat here for 5 hours on my birthday and my husband told them to pull it around. I will never use Tameron Honda again! Actually I am so irritated I will never buy another Honda! More
