Service Problem I purchased my 2016 Honda Odyssey EX-L in September 2016. It currently has 33,000 miles on it. My sliding doors do not close properly. They close and I purchased my 2016 Honda Odyssey EX-L in September 2016. It currently has 33,000 miles on it. My sliding doors do not close properly. They close and then immediately reopen. Daily problem with one door and occasional problem with other. I took it to Tameron Honda. Tony, the service advisor, said this was a common problem with the Odyssey. I showed him a video on my I Phone of the door doing this. Tameron refused to fix my doors because the issue did not duplicate itself while the van was there. This is a daily problem. Tony flippantly said, "we're not just going to start throwing parts at it." Really. That is exactly what I would have done. It's a 36,900 dollar van about 7 months old that is still under Honda warranty. Yep I think I might have replaced a part in an attempt to fix it. Now I have no choice but to trade it which I really don't want to do because of the money it will cost me. I like the van other than the fact that the doors will not close properly. To be fair it should be noted I did not buy the vehicle from Tameron. They did not have the specific vehicle I wanted at time of purchase. Had I bought it there I imagine they would have fixed it. However my warranty is with Honda, not Tameron so I feel my vehicle should have been fixed. More

Tameron experience I spent a frustrating Saturday shopping for my new car. I went to two other dealerships before I called Tameron Honda. As luck would have it, Gabrie I spent a frustrating Saturday shopping for my new car. I went to two other dealerships before I called Tameron Honda. As luck would have it, Gabrielle took my call and rigjt away, her no nonsense attitude won me over. Needless to say, I ended my day with a good deal on a new Honda. More

I appreciated his help and making the experience better than expected. Nate in finance is also wonderful and very personable. He remembered me from buying my car a year ago and asked how I was liking it. He was so helpful during the car buying process. He spent extra with me to help me understand everything and answer my questions! More

Excellent service with good people. Sales, not so much 99% of my interactions with the service department have been excellent. They do good work. I've only had 1 incident where the service employee was not 99% of my interactions with the service department have been excellent. They do good work.
