We almost fell Tameron Honda told us our Honda Pilot had "catastrophic engine damage" and was not worth repairing after keeping the car for two days. We almost fell for it since we were on vacation and needed to get back to Nashville. But we decided to have our car towed to our mechanic in Nashville--Woods Garage--and they were able to fix the problem in two hours for a couple of hundred dollars worth of labor and parts! Tameron thus forced us to (a) lose lots of time on vacation, (b) have our car towed from Birmingham to Nashville, (c) almost buy a new car when our car was easily repaired. Not surprisingly, after calling them many times and leaving countless messages, not one person from Tameron has returned our calls. More

He was great at juggling many customers at once. Seeing that I was not finding what I wanted he even took the time to get the manager ( Ben ) and together they found what made me ' HAPPY" Although making this kind of long lasting purchase is stressful ( Vernon ) made me feel less stress by being so informative and having so much knowledge in is part of the purchase. Experience was good until I paid the money. I bought a 2008 Honda Accord,paid $5000 down on an $8000 car after financing owe $7272.When told to pick the car up on Monday after purchasing that Sa I bought a 2008 Honda Accord,paid $5000 down on an $8000 car after financing owe $7272.When told to pick the car up on Monday after purchasing that Saturday before (1/09/2016)salesman told me he would put paperwork in console.On Tuesday called and talked to sales manager who told me they had mailed paper work.After not receiving paperwork on Wednesday called finance manager who said salesman (Gary) had the paperwork.A week later no paperwork had my wife to call and tell Gary I would be down the next day,he informed her that he had just mailed the papers the day before which was 1/15/2016.Today is 1/18/2016 still no paperwork and daughter didn't even make it back to school engine light already on .
