I went to my dealership Friday morning to see Casey Britt, my service advisor. The problem was quickly diagnosed as a bad battery and alternator. I had an appointment to get to and could not Waite long. Casey told me he would see if he could get me out in time for me to make my appointment, which he did. I appreciate Casey and the Tameron group for replacing the battery and alternator and getting me out in time to make my appointment. Thanks again. More

Feel like I got the short end of the stick I went to Tameron Honda back In June with my grandmother in hopes of getting a 2015 Accord coupe ex or ex-l. I had no credit so my grandmother with ex I went to Tameron Honda back In June with my grandmother in hopes of getting a 2015 Accord coupe ex or ex-l. I had no credit so my grandmother with excellent credit was planning to sign with me. We were there all day and tears were shed they told me I couldn't get the accord but they could put me in the Civic coupe lx. He said if I made payments for a year I could come back and trade for what I wanted in June 2016. I paid over $23,000 and as of now it has 8,600 miles on it. Still like brand new. Its not close to June and the kbb value is a little above $13,000. The problem is I still owe over $21,000. I don't think I should have to pay what I'm paying every month for a car with nothing extra or special on it. I also don't think I should've paid that much of the value decreased over 8 grand with only 8,000 miles on it. I'm very upset, and I won't go back unless they make it right. More
