Kudos to salesman I have took another trip to Tameron to discuss my extended warranty with Mr. Seth Starnes. He has cleared up some misunderstanding for me. I now understand that the warranty can be used nationwide according to him. This trip could have been prevented if I received a phone call back. I called this past Saturday and requested a call to discuss my concerns and I called the following Monday morning and request a call to discuss my concerns before making the 90 mile trip. I didn't receive a call. I arrived just to be sent away because the conversation we had made my understanding clear and that conversation could have been done over the phone. But all in all I do appreciate Mr. Starnes for having such great knowledge in his career field. I ran into Mr. Pedro Moore again and like always Outstanding customer service!! He help locate Mr. Starnes for me and ensured that I didn't have to wait nor experience any unpleasant issues like before. Mr. Pedro Moore is the person Tameron Honda needs to keep awards coming. We laughed and walked off (offended). We went to another lot and they gave us $28,500 for the car and we bought two other cars. Tameron Honda saleman and guy making us the offer are crooks!
