We have spoken to Clayton and made clear that treating the customer with respect at all times is not only appreciated, but required. I really really wish that I could remember the name of the guy that literally argued with us and told us that every dealership sneaks in "dealer accessories" that they don't include in their quotes.... He was a caucasian, bald guy. No facial hair...and the worst customer service ever! Clayton just had to get the last word in when we were obviously pissed off.
