We assumed they would add a little for "dealer installed accessories" (roof rack and pin stripe) but never imagined it would total over $4500. So our final "special" sales price (before tax, etc) was only $1000 below sticker. Seriously? This dealership reminded me of the old school, high pressure style of 20 years ago using sales games to manipulate and deceive customers. I heard other conversations around me and all were being handled in the same fashion. Our sales guy was nice and I honestly felt he had no control over the numbers he was given from the men in the "glass room." The offer given for our trade was $6000 less than quoted by another dealership. The whole experience was comical...I never thought in this day with so much access to internet research a car dealership would still do business in this manner. It was pitiful. **Since writing this initial review, I was contacted by Michael Cox (general sales manager) to address the issues we had at Tameron. Even though we had already purchased a vehicle from another dealership, he was wanting the opportunity to discuss our experience so that he could improve their business. He was VERY humble and kind. He was truly embarrassed by what had happened and very apologetic. He recognized there were issues within their dealership regarding our experience and sincerely wants to work to improve in every area. More

I thought my trade in value was somewhat fair considering the condition. Although I have good credit I decided to purchase a new car on my own. Simeon was very funny and friendly and worked with for literally almost an entire day. I brought in my bottom dollar amount I was willing to pay every month. Simeon and Johnny from the Finance department made several calls to make sure I got a good deal since I could not put a large sum of money down. I was treated extremely well at this facility by everyone I came in contact with. They were there to talk to me and answer any questions and concerns( I had many because this was a huge decision!) At the end of the day Johnny worked out an acceptable payment plan. It was a little higher than expected, yet understandable with what I was brining to the table. More
