Hi Heather, Thanks for taking the time to respond to my review. I just felt bad for Katherine after she worked so hard to get the deal done and then got zero support from her manager. Being the largest volume Honda dealer on the planet doesn't excuse treating individual customers poorly. To tell me that you can't negotiate a price without having me sign documents is also disconcerting. I spent the last two weeks shopping for a new car and didn't have that happen to me until I got to Tameron. It was an odd feeling to be sitting there ready to spend $30,000 and yet be dismissed so easily. I realize you are in marketing and there is really no way for me to know if the left hand speaks to the right hand, but hopefully someone with the ability to make changes is aware of how some customers feel. Even if I had purchased the car from Tameron, I would still be unhappy with the experience. The constant reminders of being such a high volume dealer are worthless if the prices are higher and the customer is left to feel less important. Best, Joseph

Heather, Thank you for your response. I do not remember the sales rep. who sold me the car. I do not have any complaints against him assuming he was told the car had been properly inspected by Tameron. I will say when I was hesitating to purchase the truck, the sales manager for Tameron Used Car division step in and wanted to make sure I did not walk away from this truck. Typical high pressure sales tactics. I have also purchased two used vehicles from Toyota Hoover - one car with 32,000 miles and one with 120,000 miles. Neither car gave me any major problems for years so I hope you understand my frustration of experiencing significant problems with a truck I have only driven for 3200 miles.
