Simeon Williams took 12 hours with me while I asked several questions about the Honda CrV and Accord. I had never owned a Honda and he took the time to explain how they were built, ran and even how the several questions about the Honda CrV and Accord. I had never owned a Honda and he took the time to explain how they were built, ran and even how they would act in an accident. Five hour ordeal,Had all my ducks in a row and still had to go back the next day. A root canal is quicker than that. Really tried to low ball on a trade in which you could call insulting. Had to fill out all the documentation 3 times, yes three times due to shady "mistakes". such as trying to slip thru another $5200 on the agreed deal. Save yourself the hassle and go some where else. It's not worth it. More

Poor experience with dealership & salesman. Sat at salesman's desk for 2 hours while several men spoke behind glass doors. My questions were ignored. I tried to contact dealership but telephone numb salesman's desk for 2 hours while several men spoke behind glass doors. My questions were ignored. I tried to contact dealership but telephone number on website is wrong. I attempted to email Danny Braden (gen man) & Rob Gallik (sales man) multiple times. Emails are returned. Receptionist insists the email addresses are correct. She suggested I send snail mail. We trade vehicles approx every 20-30,000 miles. This by far has been the most bizarre experience. They staff are polite but not dependable or timely. My experience reminds me of an old school dealership; not what we are used to in 2012 with internet sales & educated consumers. More
