The salesman could not answer my questions regarding pricing of the vehicles. I brought my car back Monday morning after purchasing on Saturday evening for a scheduled appointment at 9:00 am to have th pricing of the vehicles. The dealership had my car all day and when it was delivered to me at 4:00 pm it had not been detailed and they did not have my second key. When I returned to the dealership once again for a scheduled appointment arranged with the salesman to get my key, no one was in the used car offices. I had to find an employee who then helped me find someone who could help me get a key made for the car. More

Vernon followed up with me after I had visited them once before, and had not made a purchase at that time. He called me out of the blue, and even though I had found another car for myself by that time, I w before, and had not made a purchase at that time. I really did not think that as a dealership they would be able to find something for me at that price, and was very pleasantly surprised when they had a Honda Civic (my first preference) and were able to get it for me "out the door" at less than my budgeted price. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends, and Vernon Ponder as a salesperson who will work with you. Eric Musso was also very helpful. I think he was one of the sales managers.
