This dealership has been nothing but a bad dream. I received a junk car and high interest rate financing. I have received harrassing phone calls at work to my manager. My payments are current therefore I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission and an attorney. Buyers BEWARE!!!! More

They do a bait and switch on used, up prices to whatever they feel. After noting that the blue book price on a vehicle I was interested in was $1500 less, at least, than they were listing it for, they not they feel. We purchased a 1999 Honda from them about a year and a half ago. They sold us the extended warranty on the car, and we were promised that if anything "so much as a radio knob pops us, it's covered". We have taken the car in for about 4 different things since purchasing, and NOTHING has been covered under the warranty. Not headlight wiring, not dashboard lights, rotors, brakes - nothing. We swear there is a problem with the transmission, but each time we take it in, they charge us $80 for the diagnostic test and then can't find a problem. My warranty runs out in 8K miles, and I'll bet you anything they can find the problem after that. They have even denied fixing things that the warranty plainly states are covered due to a "normal wear and tear clause". This dealership has proven to be one of the most rotten, low-down dealerships I have seen. They truly give used car salesman a bad name and I would never send anyone there. I bought a CRV and was given all the paperwork by Mr. Dimon, the business manager and told that I have 10 days to get my tag. I had driven 100 miles to purchase this vehicle. When I got back to Mississippi I was told I could not get a tag without the title and the dealer should have sent it directly to them. When I repeatedly tried to contact the business manager or anyone to help me all I got was voice mail and no response. No one would return my calls! On the 10th day my husband drove the 100 miles back and Mr. Toney said the papers had been mailed. I contacted the tag department and they had not received the papers. When I called Mr. Toney he told me the papers had been mailed the day before. They had to wait for me down payment check to clear! 10 days to clear a check! They had not told me that the papers had to be mailed to MS. and obviously had not done so in a timely manner. This whole tag experience has been a nightmare, and I still don't have a car tag!! Do you think they are going to pay the late fee? They didn't even offer to reimburse us for the unnecessary trip to get the papers that they had supposedly mailed. I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy!!! More

I purchased a Passport from Tameron in July of 2002. I was told by Cedric McMillan, tha the car was a 1 owner vehicle that was taken very good care of. After calling Tameron and voicing my concerns about their fraudulent sale of an automobile, I was given the runaround and told by Jimmy Eperson that there was nothing I could do about it because I signed an arbitration agreement with the sales contract. After purchasing my Honda Prelude from this dealer several years ago, I would have rated that experience as so-so. But after a battery change ( not close enough to be done at the dealership) my car st several years ago, I would have rated that experience as so-so. But after a battery change ( not close enough to be done at the dealership) my car stereo system was locked up. An antitheft device. No big deal, they said, if you bought the car from us we will track the serial number and give you the code to unlock the system. Once made the trip there, they did not have that info, and wanted to charge me $75 to pull the stereo and get the serial number to track the code. I told them before I paid $75 to get that info, I would sooner go to a car stereo shop and upgrade to a system with a CD player ( mine just had cassette). I also reminded them that since the purchase, I had given them business for quite a few of the routine, yet high dollar, maintenance services. <br> <br>I learned that the code they were speaking of is generally given to you on a card at the time of the sale. I still have the original paperwork in a ziploc bag...even including the window sticker..and I never received a card with the code. After realizing that, I called them back. They said to come on down, they would "work with me"<br> on that. <br><br>Once there, for the second time, they again said the charge would be $75. Not what I call "working with me". I am sure they thought since I was there I would cave and pay them the money. Did not happen. Went to a car stereo store, they pulled the stereo and tracked the code for $25......<br><br>And Tameron gets no more business from me. More
