I was very disappointed to see most employees not wearing masks. It was interesting too because most of the customers I saw actually had masks on. The service was performed quickly. I was first in line that morning, and I waited only a short time for my car to be serviced. My appointment for an oil change and rotation was a very pleasant experience. Sherrie Frady met me in the bay area and handled everything beautifully. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, she had everything ready and even went to have new batteries put in my remotes. I would definitely request her for my next visit. More
