I found the car that I wanted there but all of the silly paperwork sort of spoiled it for me. I found the car online, I came there drove it and made a deal. Then the problems started. I was told how busy they were and it would take awhile to get the paperwork done. I asked if they could get the papers done while I ran to Costco. I said we could be back in less than a hour. No because the car I wanted & had made a deal on might be sold while I was gone.???? Its going to be sold while the paperwork is being done??? This went on for 3 hours!!! I was told at 2 hour point that I would have to have a certified check to get the car but the banks were closed because of a holiday. Ok ill come back Monday morning to bring the check and finish the papers. Oh no can't do that because the car might be sold before Monday, got to do it today. Its not the wait but that y'all think we are stupid that this car can't be picked on Monday and the paperwork can be completed then. I came to you, never looked at anymore cars but that one. I wanted that car! I was not going to back out! By the way still awaiting my salesman to call us on the type oil that was used in it!! Now would you recommend your dealership if you were me?? More

This rating is for Tony! He was the one that actually ended up helping me. He was amazing! He was very friendly and made sure that I was taken care of.
