Very unorganized and once we made a deal it took forever to get moved from sales to financing. Also be sure to ask exactly what the extended warranty will cost you because they play the payment will be this to get moved from sales to financing. Also your better off to take your trade to someone like CarMax who will buy it. The guy who appraises the vehicles likes to low ball you and then you have to haggle about that.
