I was extremely disappointed with my most recent experience with Tameron service center. It was far from the service I usually get and have come to expect from them. I had an appointment and it st experience with Tameron service center. It was far from the service I usually get and have come to expect from them. I had an appointment and it still took 3 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. There were no updates or information shared to let me know that they were behind or that it was taking longer than expected. Recommendations were made for additional service, but no one told me. I know only because I thoroughly read my service ticket/ invoice every time. I got the standard text inquiring about my service & indicated that I had some concerns & would like to speak to someone about them. There was no follow up communication. Prior to this, I have had great service. This was by far the worst service that I have ever gotten from Tameron. More
