I had a 10:45 appointment for an oil change and I told Sherri Frady I was having problems with my GPS, I needed help in programing it with my phone. At 12:32 I text her to ask her how much longer? At 1:39 I called again and she told me they were having problems with the GPS and I told her they could not do that with out my phone so she asked me to come out and I did. the tech and I got in my car and he reprogram my engine and help fix my GPS, he told me that once I reach 30 in driving all the warnings on the dash would go off, I went to get lunch because I have to eat at a certain time with my medication, when I got on the freeway the dash did not clear so I went back and told her what happen. She had me come in and they took my car back to the shop and fixed it this took another 30 minutes. I left there at 2:30. When I got home my food was cold my head was hurting I couldn't do nothing but take so medicine and go to bed. I got this car from Tameron Honda and they should have known what to do and all I got was an apology and a discount on my next oil change. I am very disappoint with the service I received!! More
