Alese Belden was extremely nice and very helpful. I appreciated her giving me and my husband a class on the CR-V after we purchased the vehicle. It had been 17 years since I had gotten a new vehicle a appreciated her giving me and my husband a class on the CR-V after we purchased the vehicle. It had been 17 years since I had gotten a new vehicle and so much has changed with the amount of electronics on the vehicle. I feel very confident that I can comfortably drive and use the electronics safely. I know that if I have any questions I can always come back to Alese and she would be happy to help. I could not be more happy with our overall experience. In the pass I have walked out of dealerships because the male salesmen would address everything to my husband when it was going to be my car. It was so fresh to have a young knowledgeable woman as a salesperson. I have recommended Alese to a friend who totaled her car recently and is looking to buy a new car soon. Great job Alese! More

The wait time on my appointment oil change was over two hours, which the service rep had already told me about before getting the service done. I did appreciate that. I am just confused as to why there is any point in having an appointment time if we all go into the same shuffle of cars waiting for service? Besides that, Brad was very apologetic about the wait time and nice throughout the whole transaction. I have no qualms with Brad, personally. He did a great job helping me. I have a huge problem with the mask wearing compliance here, specifically by the employees. Less than half of the employees are wearing their masks and of the ones that are wearing them, many are wearing incorrectly. An effective mask needs to be worn over the mouth and nose. There is no reason to have it off, hanging by one ear, under a chin, or anything unless you are actively eating or drinking. I’m afraid the culture of Tameron Honda is very lax about the pandemic. Note that plexiglass needs to be accompanied by a properly worn mask by the person behind it. More
