I bought a used vehicle Nov. 19th 2020. Car was NOT serviced or cleaned when I did the test drive. The previous owners items were still in the glove box and door. The car had been online for four days serviced or cleaned when I did the test drive. The previous owners items were still in the glove box and door. The car had been online for four days prior to me test driving it, so why was the vehicle not "ready" for me to drive it home that day. I came back on Nov. 23 to pick up the vehicle. My wife drove it for 20 minutes and we could not get it to crank. Flatbed wrecker came out (after having to go through multiple people) Nov. 24. It has been at a Ford dealership ever since. Today is December 9th and I still DO NOT have the car I bought as a surprise for thanksgiving!! Its funny how you can't even get out of your car at the dealership without having a sales agent knock you down with their "overwhelming" desire to help you get the vehicle you want. Then, once you drive off they move on to the next person, while I'm having to call, leave messages and drive up to the Ford dealer every few days to try and find the status on my car. Tameron Honda will NEVER receive my business and I will highly encourage those around me to do the same! More

I was happy with my experience. My only "negative" was that the cost of the extended warranty wasn't adequately provided during signing. My wife went to the dealership the following Monday to cancel the extended warranty. More
