Erique Johnson in sales was easy to work with and very helpful. He went on 2 test drives with me and was a pleasure to work with. He presented the extended warranty and gap coverage options to my wife and me...without even offering a “none of the above” option. When I asked him to please move on since we were not interested in any additional warranties, he turned into a rude jerk who seemed offended that I didn’t want to add anything additional to our loan payment. I assume these are the traditional playbook tactics used to up-sell but it’s really an outdated technique that does not lead to repeat business. It’s unfortunate because we had a pleasant experience until we walked into Seth’s finance “office”. More
