I wish zero stars was included as an option. Love that Tameron’s idea of quality customer service is their personnel calling you a liar to your face. Especially when you have had a certification in HVAC, Tameron’s idea of quality customer service is their personnel calling you a liar to your face. Especially when you have had a certification in HVAC, refrigeration, and electronics when the tech calling you a liar was running down his Momma’s leg when you started out in the field. I will not buy or have service done buy Tameron. They tore out the wiring harness for the heated seats that they had outsourced do the job. We added the option and pain cash for it to the dealership for this to be completed. Their customer service department is a sack of xxxx with xxxxx and have no xxxxing clue what they are doing. Nothing is for the benefit of the customer it’s to rip the customer off. More
