I went through the negotiation process with this dealership and the salesman Will, signed papers - agreed on price etc. They agreed to fix the cracked windshield and broken console. I have taken my car to this service center multiple times for the same issue & have gotten blown off each time. They blame it on the tires, so I buy new tires, then they can’t detect it, so I offer to drive for the same issue & have gotten blown off each time. They blame it on the tires, so I buy new tires, then they can’t detect it, so I offer to drive the tech & recreate the issue myself bc it happens every day. This time, after sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours, I go around to ask my service writer if I have time to get lunch & not only is my car sitting in the bay “finished” but this man is asleep at his desk & they had never even checked the issue I brought it in for. They just changed the oil, rotated the tires & charged me for it even though I didn’t ask for rotation on tires that were 4 days old & dumped it off on me bc they don’t care. I told the service writer that I thought they were jerking me around & I guaranteed they would be able to find all sorts of issues as soon as my warranty expired. They finally offered to do a diagnostic on it but never offered me a loaner for having to keep my vehicle, despite offering one previously when replacing my fuel injector. The service writers and salesmen all seem like they operate on an “integrity optional” business model, which is really unfortunate. I won’t be back. Every experience here has been classless, low character & low quality. More
