Aggressively sold me a hybrid touting 37 mpg which was also on window sticker. Getting 27 mpg - told now that 37 mpg is only under optimal conditions, and should not expect anything better living in Alab also on window sticker. I dropped my vehicle off for a check engine light and it took a week to get it back. Sean was gone one day and I called several times trying to get an update but the ladies who answered the phone were no he took a week to get it back. Sean was gone one day and I called several times trying to get an update but the ladies who answered the phone were no help. One of the ladies told me another service advisor would call me with an update but that never happened until Sean was back at work the next day. One of the ladies even answered the phone and hung up. There needs to be a better system in place for checking the status of your vehicle being serviced. More

It was easy to get a appointment for oil change and tire rotation on the day and time I needed.They also gave me a list of recommended services I needed.Which I chose 2 that were critical.Power belt replace rotation on the day and time I needed.They also gave me a list of recommended services I needed.Which I chose 2 that were critical.Power belt replacement and windshield wiper fluid line blockage to clear out.All of this done in 2 hours.Not a long wait considering all that was done. Facility is always clean and atmosphere is always friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and service is reasonable. It might me helpful to have some way of informing the customer a midway time of how l friendly. The staff is knowledgeable and service is reasonable.
