Even though the issue we took the car from service was corrected....As soon as we drove off, the car messaged us that its 3,000 mile service was due. An excellent service advisor would have addressed this corrected....As soon as we drove off, the car messaged us that its 3,000 mile service was due. An excellent service advisor would have addressed this while it was in the shop. Instead, I now have to bring the car back in. An inconvenience could have been avoided if our service advisor was proactive. That's the level of service I get with my BMWs and Porsches. More
