I had my oil changed and had to take it back to the dealership 2 days later because it was leaking oil. Turns out they said the oil pan had not been cleaned up properly and it made 3 large oil spots on dealership 2 days later because it was leaking oil. Turns out they said the oil pan had not been cleaned up properly and it made 3 large oil spots on my driveway. I asked for a refund of what I had paid for the oil change. I ended in having to talk to the assistant manager, Andrew, to get the refund. Andrew was very nice and helpful but I thought it was something the service rep should have offered given what happened.
