I had a nice salesman. After I drove the car home, I was devastated to find out that it has few electrical problems. The USB ports in the car were not working . I understand it might be my responsibility to make sure everything was working as I did my best ,but finding out such problem hurts me really bad as I was made to understand that once I drove it home they won’t do anything about it. The car wasn’t detailed even after I asked, they just did a quick outside body wash. The engine was very dusty and as well as the interior door side. I many times asked if the could make the engine look better but they definitely didn’t. Making the engine a bit better could have appealed to me more but they didn’t want to do it even after the salesman said he asked them to do it. The was a broken part in the lift gate, one of the manager took it to the back to fix it and brought it back after it was fixed. I got home only to find out the same thing was still broke . Having to buy a car from this store and finding out these things makes me uncomfortable and stresses my mind or whether there are more issues to discover. I pray not! More

I can’t say enough about how great this dealership is. I drove to Birmingham from Montgomery because the Montgomery dealership is a total joke. The glove compartment still not fix, its bent. I asked for color of emerald green, salesmen stated all sold. Also I asked for cloud gray color with light interior.
