We couldn't have asked for more personal care than we received at Tameron Hundai yesterday (8/7/12). Mike met us as we got out of our car, and though we were only LOOKING to lease a new automobile, aft received at Tameron Hundai yesterday (8/7/12). Mike met us as we got out of our car, and though we were only LOOKING to lease a new automobile, after Mike determined our needs he graciously showed us several Sonatas. Mike's knowledge of Hundai's products answered all our questions. We settled on a 2013 limited edition Sonata and with Richard's help in solving many of our questions about leasing, we leased this particular car - and it's a honey! My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and caring service we received at Mike and Richard at Tameron. Just wish I had known years ago that securing a new automobile would be such an informed and painless process. Thank you, Mike and Richard, for the time and energy you spent with us - Tameron is indeed blessed to have you two on their team!! More

Terrible experience with Tameron Hyundai. Was never actually shown a car and was made to feel like I had no idea what I was doing. Didn't feel like the sales person was interested in working with me AT actually shown a car and was made to feel like I had no idea what I was doing. Didn't feel like the sales person was interested in working with me AT ALL. If he had been smart, he would have let me drive the car first, then talked money afterwards. But he didn't. Bascially told me I couldn't afford the car I was interested in and then let me walk (after I had only been there for 15 minutes!). Would not recommend this dealership to anyone, much less a woman buying on her own. More

Mike provided excellent customer service. Took time out to show me each feature on my new car and never realized those features on the one I traded in. He was VERY patient with my husband and I showing us to show me each feature on my new car and never realized those features on the one I traded in. He was VERY patient with my husband and I showing us several vehicles and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. I will definitely be back for all service done on my car. Keith also took great care of us and those two are honest people that I dealt with and if I decide to do another trade in I will be back for all future purchases!. More

Larry Johnson was very helpful, friendly and didn't push the deal on me. He had knowledge of the vehicle. I purchased my 2013 Sonata late that evening and Mr. Johnson went above and beyond to make me feel c the deal on me. He had knowledge of the vehicle. My wife and I arrived fairly late at the dealership to make our purchase. Seth and the rest of the sales staff knew we would go long past closing time to complete our transaction.
