We have had a good experience in our past visits. We were very disappointed with our last experience with the Service Center. We were called on the phone to make an appointment for a recall. We dropped the car off to have the scheduled recall performed. I then received a text and email stating that I needed $350 worth of additional services including a tire rotation and balance due to wear on my brand new 2 WEEK old tires. I must also mention that my car was at this service center 3 weeks prior for a multi-point inspection that I paid for $300 in services. I asked to speak to the service advisor that was handling my car when I went to pick it up. I wanted to address these issues in person but no attempt was made by the other employees to find him for us. They left us standing there in the office so we finally decided to leave. 1. It is in poor taste to try to sell me additional services when I am there for a recall appointment. 2. Why were these services not brought to my attention 3 weeks ago when I was there for a a multi-point inspection appointment. I had planned to spend money at that appointment. I guess these new needed services magically appear 3 weeks later. 3. Why did my 2 week old brand new tires need to be balanced and rotated due to wear and to prevent additional damage? We have completely lost faith in the competence and customer service of this Service Center. More
