Brian was not very friendly, didn't really explain anything to me, seemed distracted with his phone. Last time I came in for service the guy was great, gave me his card, explained things to me, etc., anything to me, seemed distracted with his phone. I will not come back. We had a cabin filter we brought with us. You are suppose to ask about the cabin air filter and wasn't asked about it and was going to charge to put We had a cabin filter we brought with us.
